About me
I've worked in distributed systems, team leadership, and full-stack development. Elixir has been my main language for many years now because it makes me the most productive. I've helped build things like the first crypto cash-back credit card at BlockFi, and led teams at V7 working on AI tooling.
The common thread? Communication matters more than code. Most problems I've seen weren't technical, they were people talking past each other.
